WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT

GlobalAdvantage was started by the partners with a single idea: we don’t want to be “consultants”, we want to be partners of our client.

We, at GlobalAdvantage, have all been senior directors at large corporations, and we remember how much, at that time, we hated to deal with consultants who were just interested in selling the “next project”. We were so frustrated by this short-term, transactional approach because we knew that, instead of building the necessary trust between client and consultant, this approach was indeed destroying the opportunity to generate real value through a trustworthy collaboration.

We want to pursue what we believe is the right thing to do: build relationships with a selected group of companies with whom we act as long-term partners. We aim at their long-term profitability and not at the next project we can sell to them. We deliver results not "projects". We acknowledge that this approach can be less profitable in the short term, but we believe that this is the fair way to go and the only way that really motivates us to be in business.
